This thing is all politics and the Supreme Court is the highest political court on land. It was basically formed to hear and politically decide on Presidential petitions... Remember @baba was told kenya was bigger than himself and cord so he accepted and moved on for the sake of peace and kenya. Rank: Elder Joined: 6/8/2013 Posts: 2,517		Judge not conversant with Devolution does not know Governors... this kind of interview will make Baba Happy High Court Judge Msagha Mbogholi, who was appearing before the panel as the second candidate, could not identify Tharaka Nithi, Mandera and West Pokot County Governors. Justice Mbogholi had been asked to assure the panel that he would protect Devolution which is enshrined in the new Constitution if he was appointed to replace former CJ Willy Mutunga read on "😖😡KQ makes money for everyone except the shareholder 😏😏 " overheard in Wazua
