I guess this cash flow is "cooked".... How do you include the fair value asset adjustments as cash flow items? Was land contribution from owners also a cashflow item?

I've never heard of an item ..."Cash used in the operations" in the cash flow....it should be cash from operations.... These terms matters as they are standard in accounting.

It seems the cash flow statement was prepared by an amateur or someone who is not a qualified accountant.

This makes me have more questions than answers about this company and its management.
