This thing is all politics and the Supreme Court is the highest political court on land. It was basically formed to hear and politically decide on Presidential petitions... Remember @baba was told kenya was bigger than himself and cord so he accepted and moved on for the sake of peace and kenya. Exactly. A CJ has no time to go memorizing names of all governors, senators or mpigs.

So there is no reason why he should or cannot not know others.
