Is there Garlic juice?like they have Aloe juice? sometimes its easier to drink something than actually eat it...

The best way to have garlic juice without preservatives is to make it for yourself in the kitchen.

Tips to make garlic juice.

Requirements:
1 bulb of garlic
Mesh strainer
Coffee Filter

Peel one bulb of garlic (this will give you a quarter to a third of a cup of juice depending on the size of the bulb).

Blend the cloves in a small food processor until creamy and strain twice, once through a mesh strainer, then strain that liquid through a coffee filter. That's it. The hardest part is peeling the garlic bulb, which is a bit easier to do if you smash it first.

Once you have some nice juice, combine it with a tablespoon of butter and sauté it to make a flavorful garlic bread topping. Be sure to sauté the liquid long enough to eliminate excess moisture. Keep the heat low. You don't want to burn the butter.

Extracted juice should be frozen in an ice cube tray and then transferred to a plastic bag for storage.

Kabush,Applause while people are struggling to lose weight , I dont mind gaining about 6 more KGs because I am on the line between underweight and normal, which are the healthy foods to go about weight gain and are there time lines cos I would love to reach the target by end of this year? .smile Funny as it may seem though

1. Cancer is a complex disease and cannot be associated or controlled by only a single factor. Having said that, Indians generally are scientifically proven to be susceptible to weight gain or obesity. There is almost a direct link to weight issue and cancers.
-Taking into account that your question asks only about Indians in Kenya, it is probable that the ratio of Indians with cancer to the total population of Indians in Kenya seems to be high. This is misleading since you are considering the total population of Indians in Kenya which is negligible compared to non-Indian Kenyans.
-It is also possible Indians have access to medical facilities to diagonise cancer due to better financial position, whereas most Kenyans cannot afford or do not find it necessary to go for check-up
-Chinese and French who have been consuming garlic for many centuries have low cancer incidences.
-In another puzzling case is that Kenyan Masai consume alot of meat, milk and fat but they have low incidences of cancer and obesity.

@Haiyaa, Adding weight is three faceted:
1.Psychological- If you are in a happy family, happy relationship, happy job, happy environments etc. This is a main contributor to gaining weight.
2. Consuming high calorie food such as beer and fat.
3. After being happy, and consuming high calorie food sit and watch TV and you will balloon. Simply, what I mean is lack of exercise to burn the calories you will add weight.
-Combine the above three facts and you will gain those kilos you are looking for (my advice weight gain is not good).

This Garlic juice i can assure that nobody will know you have taken. Am a fun of it especially if you make a punch out of it with either Avocadoes, Banana, Orange, Mango etc. At first my buddies refused to take it but after they realised that by day its reducing from the fridge they nowadays fight for it. And they want to visit my place just for the Garlic juice (punch)
