
nData does not lie - narratives do!
I think what normally happens is that when a black succeeds we take it an anomaly. When a black person does his job (work and being a responsible parent) we want to celebrate that (coz he/she is perceived to be an outlier), when a white person drops the ball and becomes irresponsible - it's perceived as an anomaly. The 'nData' I have says Black people are like 12.2% of the population and if white people are 63.7 % of the population then the US has 223,553,265 White people and 10% of them are poor that is 22,355,326 poor white folk, and there are 37,685,848 black folk with a 26% poverty rate that makes it 9,798,320 poor black people. so 2.28 times more poor white people than there are black poor people.
