Yeah, forgot to mention beyond zero, and joy women. Great strides in improving the welfare of women especially in marginalised areas.

Almost an year to elections, the digital fellas are still achieving what their ancestors who have been in power before (Pia RAO wa nusu mkeka included) failed to achieve. This is what Jubilee has achieved so far(since last year):

1. The tablets are here and by January all kids in std. 1 and 2 across the republic will have access to one.

2. Completion of Dongo Kundu by pass

3. Completion of Mariakani-Mavueni road

4. 70% standard gauge railway complete.(hii ndio baba, mama, nyanya, babu, shangazi na mjomba wao...it is the game changer)

5. Last mile connectivity (another game changer)

6. Huduma centers

7. Obama, Papa, Netanyahu, etc and a host of renewed/strengthened diplomatic ties

8. Outering road

9. Maji ya chumvi- Samburu-Mckinnon rd

10. Changamwe- Moi Airoprt rd.

12. Stipend for wazee na wasio jiweza

13. The fattening of Ole Itumbi

14. The maiden visit to statehouse by that loafer called Alai

The list is endless...hawa jubilee sio mchezo..etc etc

I think their best achievement is the last mile connectivity, the electrification of the rural areas and spreading electricity to many villages is welcome plus most roads are well lit.

17. Voi - Taveta road (arguably the widest single carriage road in Kenya).

18. E-citizen. Just renewed my DL and my Passport without chucking kitu kikubwa, not to mention nightmare queues at Times towers and Nyayo house

But as in all score cards....we must also punch holes where nothing has been achieved

1. Mass rapid-urban transport for Nairobi

2. Corruption is still a pain

3. Mass low-cost housing (by nhc) in mlolongo....(NHC is a big let down to Kenyans. It has done Kenyans a very big disservice). They should build houses from Turkana to Mandera, From Lamu to Kwale and save Kenyans from deaths caused by greedy landlords and inept and corrupt county govts/municipal councils

4. Cartels (actually cartels have ensured nos. 1,2,3 above) will never be achieved.

5. Deployment of NSSF funds to development (e.g., nssf funds can be used to ensure each and every worker/contributor has decent housing...lakini Atwoli never speaks about this meaning he is either very daft or he is a hypocrite who does not care about wafanya kazi...he just make noise for his selfish needs)

etc
