Ghana in trouble again. Will they hack it! In the business world, everyone is paid in two coins - cash and experience. Take the experience first; the cash will come later - H Geneen

No we're not. Just like the last 16, 2 late goals takes Ghana through. Unbelievable. The greatest act of bravery is chancing a fart while suffering from diarrhoea

Ghana won this cup in 2009 (beat Brazil in the final) so i'm really not surprised that they've been able to proceed to the Semis. They face France next who thrashed them in the group stages, hope this time they'll manage to get something out of that game. Speaking of France, that team has so many blacks its almost like watching a West African team.

I was watching the 1st half of Ghana-Chile and Chile were far better than Ghana. They seemed more effective, good movement off the ball and more accurate. I said to myself "This Chile team will destroy any KPL team just with their fluid movement". I left Ghana for dead at 2-1. Imagine my surprise to find they won 4-3.
With regards to France, a few years back, there was a scandal where former national team captain Laurent Blanc was implicated in scheming to limit the number of blacks who are accepted into French football academies. I thought the French were in the process of whitening their football the way Holland did. So I am surprised that their U-21 team has so many blacks. It looks like Laurent Blanc's scheme may have backfired.

This is probably the best football to watch. Drama, seat edge, mouth open, you name it. Never seen soccer played at this pace! BBI will solve it :)

Nigeria were due to play Camerooon in a U17 qualifier. Virtually the entire Nigeria first eleven has been wiped out when they were found to be over age by MRI scansNigeria has won the U17 world cup at least 5 times, most recently in 2015. But that success at youth level has never translated to senior level. No prizes for guessing why
