it's not a bad deal at all.. I think this is how it should work - you get employed a couple of months to the election - you get conduct an election losers cry foul... they kick you out in the following year. you get 3 years salo papo hapo... unaenda kuwa mkulima or something... sio mbaya!!

Why? that will be a huge mistake.... commissions that have experienced people running elections do better. it's easy to sit on the flanks and say... ELECTIONS SIO NGUMU... SI NIKU[insert what you observe on election day].
mark you after wars - there is no human activity that is as complex as elections... none.

We don't have losers in elections in Kenya, automatically get a new ref for every election and save $$$.
We plan to get a new team months to the election, do not suggest that we are planning to fail, again.
