Total Comprehensive Income Year 2015:13.7M, Earnings per share: 0.17

Total Comprehensive Income Year 2016: 41.819M, Earnings per share: 0.16

How can the earnings per share reduce while the total comprehensive income increased?

EPS is not calculated using CI.
