A functioning government doesn't need to have a CS symposium followed by a Dps address and later a presidential address on what it has done.

As long as we don't feel it, it's not there

Kabura now says she did not appear before lawyer Nyabeti to swear to that famous affidavit. Someone else impersonated her

Look at the reasons given by the komishina. Some people laughed when sijui a fake southAfrican paper compared Kenya to Greece.Lots of Kenyans have been avoiding paying the simple tax like VAT.I have visited Greece and even before the Austerity measures by the EU were put into place, you could visit a shop to buy say a Tshirt ama sandals and the guy would ask you if you want to pay cash (no receipt = no VAT = cheaper price)
That is how Greece had been operating for years. After the Austerity measures were introduced, they could not get the monies that had been siphoned by people like the shop keeper above and they started selling national stuff to "willing buyer willing seller"
In Kenya, even today, very few people will get a receipt with KRA VAT details after some simple shopping huko downtown. A part from supermarkets and other established business, the rest give out those tu red receipts on carbon paper.Mind you these businessmen are the ones moving the economy.
Until KRA nets these people, it will be the famous saying revenue target missed.

Ala....they are thieving?

This dairy farm is located on Kimathi Street Nairobi on the 6th floor of Chambers buildingLaughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

The dairy farm will be located in Juja and Kitengela towns respectively. Again dairy farms in towns. Assuming it can be done, the cost of land would be a major cost item yet the only investment being sort is for cows. Who knows of "Fertile land with assured irrigation facilities" in Juja and Kitengela towns for Dairy farming?......d'oh! d'oh! d'oh!

smile smile smile Clearly. Reminds me of a fish farm that started in Ruai with similar promises. My brother lost 500k

We saw this one coming way back in February.

I lost Sh10m in cow sheds scam, says contractor
