According to @masukuma and c, lawyer Willy Kimani was foolish in taking up cases that dealt with police brutality because it was foreseeable that he'd be killed and miss on conjugal rights.

The taxi driver was also foolish because he ought to have employed due dilligence in his work and avoid risky customers like the lawyer and the plaintiff so that he could live to see his beautiful wife again.

If we followed the 'numero uno' jibberish of an ideology we'd have no functional legal system because lawyers would be busy fleecing citizens and rushing home for sex, only to find the local thug eating the fruits because the wives were also 'numero uno' and had seen the guns in the holster and fly...

Some people should just be expelled from wazua not just for lacking manners, but for lacking sense in the required threshold!

In all fairness,Masukuma has a valid point.
He is saying what most of us.Practice.We are just keyboard worriors.
How many of us have been involved in a direct confrontation with the police.
How many of us have gone to the streets and joined Cord in the Demos to demand the end of extrajudicial killings or joined the advocates and civil rights in demanding for justice for Kimani and team.
We are just busy making noise on Wazua, facebook and twitter while sitting in our posh offices.
It is purely hypocritical.
I remember when Boniface has organised for demos againist Atwoli and every one else chickened out and he was the only man standing.
If you have never been on the ground to demand justice then you are also a coward.
There is a saying from my village that "A coward went back home unscathed"

Look at the heros who went for the Cord demos in Kisumu. Some of them have been burried and no one give a f***.
Look at the children of Maumau who fought for the independence of this country?

Compare them with the children of the collaborators and traitors.

You know - traditional courage is being disrupted! in the olden days - if you needed to change something, you usually risked life and limb to do it and the more you were - the better the chances you had to change stuff. Right now? The so called keyboard warriors will get stuff done way before a foolish man goes to the street to face police officers gets it done. if you think about it - we will always have the heroics by some individual pushing against the system and a camera to capture the effect of that push. The keyboard warriors and retweeters will get the rest done! the so called 'online outrage' will sort things out. We just need a putsy to be the leading light - the cameras, facebook and twitter will do the rest!

Draws parallel to the role of senior management versus the workers. The senior managers work less but are paid more and are involved in designing the strategic decisions while the workers do mechanical work and therefore have to work long hours and implement the strategic decisions.
