Level to watch out for is the EMA200 level of 12.50 in the coming down leg.

Key level to watch is the August 2015 panic low. If that support is broken that will be a clear warning sign that the bullish structure is running out of gas. Next critical level will be 12.50 as you've pointed out. If it breaks the @aguy can get his 10 handle wish. But I don't expect sub 15 levels with the kind of dividend on offer. Unless H1 shows a very serious earnings weakness, such correction levels will be bought hard.

You have not factored in Brexit aftershocks.

I have factored in brexit! If you sell the quality stocks what are you going to buy? Tbills, tbonds, real estate? Dump that cash in a call account at the current poor rates. Doesn't make sense...

It will shed more than 10 times the current dividend. Ngoja! You will witness selloff you have never noted in history since 2008 GFC.

@ 15 Bob that will be a guaranteed 5% dividend yield. A good point to start accumulating.
Time is money, so money is time. Money saved is time gained in reverse! Money stores your life’s energy. You expend your energy, get paid money, and store that money for a future purchase made in a currency.

Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Barclays Bank already paid 0.80cts at Ksh. 14.00. and now it is 9.45cts.. Safaricom at ksh. 12.00 after September 4th. is mostly likely to be fetched..

Bids for 10 million shares came online this morning at 17 and above. Wouldn't worry too much about a big slide at the moment.

SAFARICOM IS ON A RSI OF 35..I STILL BELIEVE IT TO BE BULLISH AND as such its oversold at such levels..

For this cycle the reversal is at 17.00..expect a bullish reversal candlestick today

Wale wa 15 keep waiting

I'm praying this somehow brings safcom to 10.00. Even if just a temporary confusion

NEVER..

NOT WITH A 4% DIVIDEND YIELD AND BEING VERY LIQUID...

The stock is very liquid..It will attract big money looking for quality

If you get it at 16 you will be lucky..Looking at 16.50-16.80 to re-enter

Touched a low of 16.90 yesterday.Floored at 17.00 today

Got in at 17.10..It hit the bottom yesterday for this cycle

somebody (small guy like us) can get equity at 37 without much effort.

There is no significant supply all the way to 40

That demand is temporary. It will collapse within minutes wiping out all your optimism of heading north. I still maintain there must be a voluminous selloff as investors' capital flew across borders to safe havens. Cash is king at Banks in Panamas!

Stocks have been rallying globally as the Brexit fears start easing.
The tide has now caught up with our NSE and most counters today are recording positive gains
