Before the EU Eastern block joined the EU in 2004, black immigrants in Britain enjoyed a pool of job vacancies and the problem was not where to get the job, it was how to refuse the job. In all streets, job vacancies were placed anywhere in pavements and sometimes even almost blocking roads. Those working with agencies had a rough time refusing to pick up calls for job offers and even de-registering. After 2004, Polish and other Easterners took over Britain and this was a huge disadvantage for the black population as the employers would prefer a white skin as opposed to a black skin. Today, blacks find it hard to get even odd jobs, explaining why many with masters and Phds do odd jobs like toilet cleaning and caring for the elderly in nursing homes. Brexit is a huge boost for the black community in Britain. Its a windfall to be celebrated.
