Seems the Moi-era chap once sat on CCK board, *obtained* frequencies, sold some to Zuku & Radio Maisha, had a tiff with Gideon Moi, and feels left out from Security tender billions.

Justice Gacheche in 2011 (declared unfit), gave a very generous ruling to his Tetra Radio which would have had the public pay his firm for even use of Wifi. It was overturned

2. Notice appears 22-Jun after no action
3. Case is against Bob/Michael vs Nyakundi on 28-Jun
.....Safaricom wisely opted to be excluded

The young man and patsies are vigorously litigating the issue on #CollymoreSuesNyakundih
He should have just listed facts of leaked report and kept personal insults out.
