After all, they voted for these fellows. So obviously things are just great for them. I'm sure they shall vote for the same fellows in their next AGM and the elections. Thieves are not good people. The IAAF said in a statement to The Associated Press that Kenya remains on a "monitoring list" of countries with doping problems until the end of the year. But, despite Thursday's decision by the World Anti-Doping Agency to declare Kenya's drug-testing agency non-compliant, the nation's athletes can still compete through to the end of 2016. Then why did they send Marion Jones to jail? Why was Lance Armstrong brought down by USADA?

Then why did they send Marion Jones to jail? Why was Lance Armstrong brought down by USADA? Marion Jones was jailed for cheque fraud and the charges against Armstrong were brought by French authorities and WADA. Read up on the Balco scandal and Tyler Hamilton's book, The Secret Race. The evidence is there that American authorities have been complicit in cases of doping.
