As a responsible govt,Jubilee govt should issue a travel advisory to US for all kenyan LGBT's planning to visit the land of honey and honeycombs

a travel advisory about a country is issued by a government to it's citizens to take advice on the situation in the country of interest. so in our case it would be

THE KENYA GOVERNMENT HAS ISSUED AN ADVISORY TO KENYANS WISHING TO TRAVEL TO THE U.S.A. To which the persons being advised would burst in laughter!

Their lifestyle is irrelevant here. The people at that club were victims of senseless violence.
