Seriously Baba needs a complete revamp of his strategy team, unless he is like Trump who believes he knows everything.
In three short months he has gone from a point where he had Jubilee cornered to one where he has lost any good will he had (just wait for the next poll). Some people of course argue that the demonstrations are exciting his base, but he will need more than Western if he ever hopes to legally become President (or Prime minister as I now hear is the latest flavor).
Meanwhile the unresolved issue of CORD running mate still waits.
And then there are negative optics like
this where it is reported they went to consult the US ambassador, keeping the whole country waiting. Already people are saying they went for instructions from their master. Not good, even if it is not true.
Politics today is all about image, forget substance or performance. Those come after you have won, when you have to govern. Why is it so hard for Baba or his advisors to get this?
