They take ages and ages with their projects. E.g. the Sucasa project in Mlolongo was to be complete in December 2012. Let's just say no one lives or can live there yet.

I think they sort of bite off more than they can chew.


Why can't they be sued for foregone income/interest earned on the capital?

Can you imagine the opportunity cost of money that could have been invested in 2010/11/12?

They completed phase 1 on time and delivered the promised quality.
They're now doing phase 2 on the same location on mombasa road.

Tofinarom are reputable,at times a bit slow in delivery but they definitely are cost-effective especially if you compare cost per sqm.
