I dont understand any of the kenyan institutions especially NAIROBI WATWER AND S*** COMPANY.With all the rainfall and still for the last one week we have not had a drop of watwr from our taps.Is it irony au ujinga?
Advice is like snow.The softer it lands the harder is sticks.

How much water is falling on your roof and flowing away to the ocean? Do you really need them and their bills?

@cnn ,some of us don't have roofs.apartment are the main issue here.the water is harvested by the owner and i don't know when they will ever give it for tenants use.
Advice is like snow.The softer it lands the harder is sticks.
