Hello i got an inquiry,i got a certificate of my late mother being a member of KANTAFU?It is a membership certificate n even has a membership no,is it of importance?itis dated 4th oct 93.

They are located at Mariam Arcade, near Molo Line stage, Nyamakima.
I paid 29k for my mother's title deed. She got it last month. Question is, what is the process of checking whether the title deed is not fake?
