This is Kisii county, yani a tender was advertised approved and delivered
and here is the launch of the bridge, I am sure it cost upwards of 10 million
in a few months it will be rotten or a fundi will make a beautiful bed for a client
with the timber and next year another tender will be floated.

The same people will vote them in next elections after eating a few hundred shillings. many Kenyans simply don't know their constitutional rights as citizens to hold their elected leaders accountable for quality services and transparency. The institutions charged with enforcing the same are merely for aesthetic purposes.
