They are real estate companies with a SACCO component and one is paid 2% per month on their deposits.Their officials are also "Annointed men of God"with a vision to liberate Gods people from soil merchants. If you want to know them listen to Inooro or watch Njata TV. How do we stop them?How can we stop the spread of misery? NB:-Thika Greens has also gone burst.Plots being sold at the original price of 2009 to clear debt ya Equity.

The number of real estate firms holding onto unsold plots is very high!! The fellows who were selling overpriced plots next to Juja mall (with "55% sold") have returned the ka advert next to the plots one year later. Still "55% sold". Same price. The Ruiru Greens guys are still at "90% sold" many months and billboards later! Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
