The IOC retested 454 samples from the 2008 Olympics using techniques that were not available in 2008. As a result 31 new doping cases were found

I don't know if the names will be made public.
But I have always thought that two Kenyan athletes were cheated out of gold by dopers: Eunice Jepkorir and Kathy Driver.
Yaani to me Samitova and Tomescu looked suspicious
