Collymore says it's blackmail

Quote:
Speaking about a petition filed to the National Assembly by a Mr Michael Ngugi alleging corrupt dealings at Safaricom, Mr Collymore questioned the motive behind the move, claiming there has been a lot of blackmail and intimidation by those who had lost contracts.

How can it be blackmail if he commisioned the report himself?

Quote:
He also addressed himself to the leak of the audit report by KPMG commissioned by the operator saying the move was suspect as it was done when the report was in its draft stages.

“We commissioned this report and have every intention to act on its findings. But the report was subject to discussions between me and my team as well as our business partners and hence should not be circulated publicly,” said Mr Collymore.

He said the company would take action on the report’s findings but would not make it public.

This young boy has taken over from @kabetes (though text of his articles are outright offensive, abusive, and to be ignored)

Nevertheless, he has some damaging material. Seems Safaricom may need to get a restraining order to prevent reputational damage drip by drip - that leaked KPMG report, messy stuff.

Do you seriously expect a monolith like safaricom partnered by scanad to play fair?

Even if anything is wrong, the media cannot say a peep. Notice how even the journalists in wazua stay away from safcom stories. lol

Lakini Nyakundi is more dangerous than Kabetes. I think after they took him to court a number of times, he has learned to back up his noise with documentation.

What is more interesting are the people who are retweeting him. lol Now that was very interesting.
Thieves are not good people. Tumeelewana?
