I have complained to Yahoo Customer service that some of my emails are never delivered.
At times I don't receive emails I send to myself.
Any one who has encountered this?
I have opened a Gmail account to comfort myself.

peculiar problem.haven't had that problem with my yahoo.the amount of spam mail in yahoo drives me up the wall!
i have a gmail address that is clean of any spam. maybe it is a wake up call to move completely. there is a feature in gmail for re-routing all mails sent to your old yahoo to gmail.

I av shifted my primary email to Gmail.
Yahoo has failed me completely and is unreliable.
You could fail to get a job if you use yahoo acount and it fails to deliver your application.
Just a caution!

Check your Spam folder. I've applied for jobs with invitations for interview from the company ending up there. This happened 8 times on Yahoo!! I then moved to Gmail. I think I've only seen the Gmail Spam filter making a mistake once.
Always go through the Spam folder in you primary email account before emptying it.. You could end up deleting important stuff. Only problem is that Yahoo accounts receive a whole LOT of spam mail.

I hear it is easy for forensic investigators to track yahoo mails than for gmail.
And pray how is it that someone can actually hack into someone else's yahoo? Or that someone can actually track all the yahoo emails from a particular IP address?

If a machine is spasming, Yahoo or MSN will delete that address and will not allow any mail from the sender through its system. I have just experienced the same. If you have been blacklisted, you have to clean your machine and then make contact with your ISP before your address is removed from the blacklist or something of the sort.
