@kativui.Is this LCD a monitor or a TV set? Have you checked with the dealers?Boards are hard to find, it's good to have a competent engineer to check out the components e.g bad capacitors which can be replaced cheaply.

@eddyz. its a 32 Inch LCD TV. Know where i can find competent technicians? checked with samsung but boards not available. have to import one but its kinda expensive. From the UK, it will cost about 35k for the board plus shipping.
