May this be Atleti's year after beating my team. The stars seem to be aligning for them. The last minutes' equalizer ghost was exorcised at the Calderon on Wednesday

Messi's fault or the team? Fatigue, I guess.

Just curious. You are a fit coach of a team playing in the UCL. You try to give instructions to a pivotal player, but but he repeatedly fails to execute the instructions. Can you make yourself a sub?

You cannot just decide to strip into the playing kit and sub the player, unless your role is that of a player who has taken coaching responsibility, like when Giggs was appointed after Moyes' departure. If your role is purely a coach, it is purely a coach.

...and not every player can play in a tournament or league.List of the squad usually submitted at the start of the season an the player- coach must be part of the squad. Essentially there is no Coach-player only a player-coach

Yesterday's game was like the final before the final, full of drama, suspense, high octane football - Bayern may feel aggrieved but the best tactics win, not always the best football.

Personally I didn't want to see a Madrid derby final again but it seems likely if Madrid don't make mistakes against City today. Benzema and Casemiro will be a big miss either way.

Pep's decision to stick to his purist philosophy has now come unstuck 3 times against Spanish opposition in semis, I'll be quite happy to see him come to take over a Man City team playing in Europa, in case they slip. For that reason, I don't mind City beating Madrid to make it to the final, so that they're a bit distracted in their last 2 premier league games.

You draw one game and Westham win one then your goose is roasted.

If I were you I would concentrate on West ham and not Citeh.

How come no English team is interested in Diego Simeone?

There were rumour on Twitter there was a team interested...one that hasn't won a real title in decades...but wins virtual ones every December.

Now the rumour is they have decided to give their alleged Manager 3 more years.

Thank you Aseno for drawing against City....if Utd win their last 2 matches then tuko ndani ya CL kama thong. Of course beating Westham at the Boleyn will be like a final, but it is in our hands now

Sasa you will stop paying for DSTV just because of a CL and Europe Final?
