Boss, your just throwing theories out there The concept of strength and conditioning was introduced by the New Zealand guy who was on Mike Friday's ticket, can't remember his name but he was a full timer unlike Friday who came and went. Don't know where you came up with your theory. The current success should be shared by all coaching staff coz ultimately its a team effort and off course Benja being the boss and face of the coaching staff as expected gets most credit. However, rugby insiders have singled out Pablo (the assistant coach) who has introduced a culture of hard work to the team. The current team now completes their tackles and are rock solid on defence.
