Mr Kinyua says he sent Mr Odinga a demand letter seeking a retraction of the statements he says are defamatory, but the former Prime Minister has refused to comply. “Mr Odinga uttered the defamatory words in the face of all evidence that I had no knowledge of and had nothing to do with the alleged scandal. BTW is Dr. Njoroge even answerable to him? As a financial institution, wouldn't that be a breach of customer confidentiality? What kind of lawyers is billboard and watermelon? This seems to be targeted at NJOROGE. Maybe Bupamba has a hand in rogue banks i.am.back!!!!

Even if that was the case,Have you ever heard of a case where a public spirited individual like Okiya Omtata suing the Gover to disclose some information/desist from some action or inaction and such like where public interests are concerned.
