Photo is from first 7s team that represented Kenya at Dubai Sevens from 1982 until 1986 - as KRFU didn't have finances, Watemebezi Pacesetters competed on our behalf. If you look at tweets from the likes of Wetangula, when you see Ruto grabbing primary school land when you see the lack of support from the president, you quickly understand that most politicians don't know the first thing about what it takes for a country to be successful at any sport.
