A few hours after commisioning state-of-the-art equipment at kiambu level 4, two babies die because of either staff negligence, lack of oxygen and/or lack of drugs.
While the story may be one-sided, it's not in contention that one of the parents was asked to buy drugs at a private chemist next to the hospital.
My question is; do we have a genuinely concerned president being let down by his people ? Or does everyone realise UMK is just the PResident,and so nobody cares.
Why would medical personnel be so heartless hours after hosting the president?
