Ndii makes a lot of economic sense. If you are producing more then more resources should be channeled towards your productivity.Right now the resources are distributed based on equality nonsense and therefore the counties that are producing more are being punished.
This will make every county to work hand and not just sit and wait for the resources of others. We cannot continue to punish those who work hard.

Do we have figures on which county produces what and how much?

Lets wait for mawinder to give us the stats
If Obiero did it, Who Am I?

Yes.You can check the data on the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics. You can also check this report that shows that Kiambu and Nyeri have highest GDP.These counties are being punished by Cheserem and team.

while at it look at what Mombasa contributes to GDP and what it gets in return, the formula is based on population, area and poverty levels,
On population Mombasa loses since many people only work in Mombasa but live in kilifi (mtwapa) and kwale counties, area wise Mombasa is the smallest county in Kenya, poverty wise Mombasa is not seen and does not have the poorest people in Kenya so they don't get the equalization fund. so Mombasa contributes a big % of the cake and gets a much smaller piece.

Ndii has a hidden agenda. Why break it up just when Bupamba is about to bag it?

Yes. A useless study that yielded useless data.
