It takes a special brand of stupid to be a big oil producer and still be a third world country. Most corrupt country in the world kweli, even as a Kenyan I must shake my head.

It's not uncommon or even new. I remember seeing huge queues in Sana'a and they have oil. I think it's all about the processing capacity. You may have crude but cars don't drive on crude.
