Utangoja sana...we told the same about Imperial, that Imperial status was not as bad as Dubai bank...we now where Imperial is today.

This Chase bank is gone for good, just like that.

Some fellows believe "almost" everything they hear and yap themselves, now CBK governor has started the "sweet song" to the directors kama watoto to return the loot so as to reopen the bank and save the bank, the same song he was singing to imperial, will they return the loot?...Laughing out loudly only indiets of choo choo media, facembuk and twita blogs think they will return and "save the bank", we clever wazuans all know it is hidden in some "offshore" accounts in tax havens! Watu wameficha 8 birrions warudishe Think

Sometimes I think @alma1 post while humping (both kneeling) an escort in his tired probox...yaani @CBK gavana clearly says Chase Bank will open as soon as when the directors who looted the Kes.10 birrion plus return the loot...and @alma beleive that the loot will be returned!

Jessso!

The loot is already stashed in Panama and Virgin islands, kwanza returning the loot will be admission of wrong doing.

This Bank is gone, just like that...kwanza with the social media, the bad news has reached 80% of bankable Kenyans...who do you think will open an account with them going forward? may be @alma and @alam1 alone.

Please!

ahhh lets be serious for once. Tupeleke matusi green section.

You can't run away from facts. Bank was brought down by rumors on Twitter. The Governor told you so, not Alma.

But thank you for comparing me to the Governor. That's very good company.

Now you have come up with another rumor that the money is in Panama. Please respect the blue section and provide your proof.

Otherwise I shall treat you just like Much Know. People who spread false stories. In other words. Rumor Mongers.

I've shared my point of view and it seems that the Governor of the Central Bank agrees with me.

Thank you
And God Bless.

For those saying that the bank was brought down by malicious posts on social media, are you even serious? Social media didn't cook accounts, revise the cooked accounts and conduct a massive "internal lending" running into billions which pushed Chase to negative territory. Also coming hot on the heels of the collapse of 2 other banks, fear and caution is rational reaction you'd expect.Or did you expect people to just relax and assume everything is ok and their money is safe? Please don't shot the messenger!

I agree...From the experience with Imperial Bank people have become more fearful. When you start hearing money is disappearing from a bank, that is a ticking time bomb

What's weird on CFC results?

Those CFC results don't feel right. The loss recovery don't make sense compared to the H1 report.

Very suspect results vis a vis the business environment in Q4.

a lesson to have yourself different bankers and money well shared by them, this is something which can suffocate you in debt and liability forever before you get back your money if you ever succeed

Or fund managers who invested client funds in Imperial Bank Bond plus Chase Bank Bond, they are far in line compared to depositors...

Sad Sad who has noticed their are more cues than normal in many banks, i noticed that over lunch time, normally crowded halls and atms occur during schools opening. i think this kind of panic is unnecessary and bad for economy

capping interest rates will bring more unrest as banks improvise how to survive ,those with loans in this collapsing banks can as well buy their default from the receiver manager and fail to pay
