Any Company that comes in the media with any kind of negative news- and is a public company is a no-no for investment purpose; that includes KQ, Mumias, Brita,, Transcentury, Sameer, Stanchart...etc. No need for complicated explanations- this is basic layman investment instinct

this guy spikes in the chase bank thread has quoted he does business where he sells products at a 3500-7000% mark-up. I would like to know which business this is!!!!

From the look of things, KCB is th largest beneficiary. Massive and cheap liabilities, they will have gud room to grow their asset book competitively.
