when I looked at the video the second time - I saw a guy in white on the extreme right of the dias... he had his had on top and he must have realised that there was something wrong and he is seen to be bending and examining then tries to signal people to move before it comes tumbling down. I have seen reports online blaming him for the crash (coz nothing really just happens - someone must design for it). I am sure kabetes will soon tell us he was a NIS agent or worked for Jubilee or IEBC or the 3 of them. The wood from the dias was sourced from Kenyatta's farms and the carpenter was called Kamau.
