Trading of property shares on NSE.

CMA is crafting regulations (Real Estate Investment Regulations Trust) to be forwarded to UK for approval.This means soon,we will be able to trade property shares on NSE.What are the likely implications on property prices around the country?........any effect on traditional shares?.

Remember when Anglo-African Holdings tried to list and couldn't achieve a minimum subscription? I however think its failure was not due to it being a property share - but rather a lack of confidence in its management.
