If I was in CORD i would advise them to ask for the data and try and get the 124K people who are not in the VR to join. 124k ni wengi!!

We really trivialise numbers... 1 million people does not seem like many people when we talk about new people. How long would it take for you to meet 1M people? if you met 28 new people everyday for 100 years - you would just be over 1M people.

How do you verify 1m signatures. In banking halls I see pple being told to repeat up to 5 times...yet in case of iebc the voter isn't even present during verification

Why is the signature required by the way?
A valid ID and being registred voter, to me, is enough.

who said they verified signatures? when you do eliminations until under 1M - there is no point of engaging resources to verify signatures. I actually don't think they have digitized signatures seated somewhere... ziko kwa zile hardcopies.
