NOTICE is hereby given that the 57th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Hilton Hotel,
Nairobi, Kenya on 12th May 2016 at 11.00 a.m.

Proposed Dividend
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Kshs. 0.25 per share to the AGM to be held on May 12, 2016. The final
dividend together with the interim dividend already paid (0.10 per share), will total to Kshs. 0.35 per share compared to Kshs. 0.20
per share paid in 2014 representing a 75% increase. The dividend, if approved by the shareholders, will be subjected to withholding
tax as applicable

Compared to other stocks have better dividend yield than KK. Expect massive nosedive of price and unprecedented pullout of speculators tomorrow. As for longterm investment I recommend is a value stock holding negative publicity constant.

Yoda is in the house.

Upward swing is declared exhausted now let the bear run its natural path to 8/- per share Q2.

Dude you are so so negative. Never heard you say something positive on anything. I just checked your history on posts. The only positive thing you ever mentioned is Mumias going up soon which later you admitted you burnt your fingers .come on man ...pull up bro. Don't be surprised kk to go past your spooky prophecy Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly

I am not negative man. I have been in this market for about two years and have learnt profound skills . I have to advice you people where necessary. The tools I am wielding are sharper than usual. Heed my threads folks.

I still think@Spikes is @Realtreaty or they are at least related.

Fantastic results with 2016 likely to be better coz of reduced finance costs. Very happy with management for steering us out of the dark days of 2012

@spikes you are being noticed by everyone .it's either you make controversial comments to attract attention just like DT (Donald trump) or you do it to suck info. You will be a veteran soon. Be one with positive radiation sio negative alarms like mentioning bull is here when u know it's bear season!!or kk will flatten soon whereas they just released healthy results or Mumias will go up when you know there was news about Kidero stealing or dividends ya coop is low whereas old veterans admit it's fat.....your list goes on and on man

Internet never forgets. What you write will remain there and will be used against you in court of wazua. Heed my call or take it to the bank. Its out of brotherly love.I'm done with you man.

@pesa nane. Is it possible for you to indicate the percentage growth in profits on the topic of the thread. We love those figures. This is >100% if I'm not wrong
