Some things are depressing though and this is my observation.Time devoted, resources (300M??) and in the end the winning candidate gets a paltry 15K votes. If 2017 has to be won, this are not the kind of numbers you spend half of your energy on! Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

Why did ouru make a guy from an opposition zone a cabinet minister while there are many people from the die-hard jubilee zones of muranga, uasin gishu, kiambu, kapkatet, nyeri, konoin, nyandarua, kilgoris, marakwet etc who could have been given/rewarded with the job? Lesson learnt - take care of your people/supporters first. Hao wengine can wait for baba. #AsanteYaPundaNiMateke. Hardwood, you are an insult to right thinking human being. Some thoughts are better kept to oneself. You make mawinder look like a saint with your arguments. We are all taxpayers, Kenyans and deserve fair treatment regardless of the tribe of the man at the helm. Not only that. Its so scary to note that such a feckless tribal zealot has access to internet Forget his narrow thinking, with devolution we are moving on. Losing the Kericho polls would have signal the death of his political ambitions....so was @Baba's Malindi. Shubid!!!!!!! In fact a cool 200 million was used to get some "data" from the commision in order to enable the "landslide win"...how comes most Constituencies in Kericho county returened final results by 2pm while the single Constituency called Malindi took eon? Another thing the crowds in rallies held in malindi compared to ballots casted must be a kitendawili lol... my theory is that JAPati spent quite a bit in buying ID cards to disenfranchise malindi residents. the low turnout was because many did not have IDs to vote. The only way to prove this is if there is a way to measure ID card applications. i would bet that there will be a spike this week in people applying for ID cards from the greater Malindi area. @impunity, it seems you are still having problems understanding why Kericho was perceived to be reporting faster than #Malindi. Here is an analogy that may aid you wrap your head around that phenomenon - we have 2 sets of houses located in different places of the country. One area called Area A has 100 houses and another called Area B has 623 houses. Each house has a random number of people between 50 and 100. Each house is served with food. Each house is supposed to serve it's people the food, have the people in the house eat it and finish, wash the plates and count the plates. When done they are supposed to send a text saying "finished" to some observer. What type of math would the observer use to deduce that the 100 houses in Area A should finish sending texts saying "finished" faster than the 623 in Area B? Each house has it's own dynamics - independent from all other houses in it's area. One may have a slow child, one may fight for food... the dynamics within each house determine it's speed of 'serving', 'eating', 'washing', 'counting' and 'texting'. The dynamics in house X have nothing to do with the speed of 'serving', 'eating', 'washing', 'counting' and 'texting' of others in it's area or even in another area. P.S - you are entitled to your own opinion but not your own facts... Malindi finished at 12:14am way before Kericho but that is neither here or there All Mushrooms are edible! Some Mushroom are only edible ONCE!
