Jacob Juma is one of the reasons Dubai Bank is closed today.Biggest thieff I have ever come across.Would steal with the Chairman,Jirongo,Tuju and Muhoro.Stole land in Karen worth 300mill then...Grogon land also stolen....National Cereals,KPLC poles....Very dangerous too,started hiring hitmen when deals went sour.
