I am looking to buy a 1/4acre or 1/8 acre plot in Zimmerman or Kahawa West. What is the going rate these days?

Zimmerman is a good area for flats, densely populated with middle income earners...which is a good thing because u'll never lack for renters. I doubt u can get a 1/4 acre plot but an eighth goes for 3million/= to 3.5 karibu na barabara. 2nd & 3rd rows u'll get for 2.5million and a bit inside u'll get for 1.8million.
