Construction has been stopped. It would have saved us alot of time and money, just like the link road from westlands to yaya has eased transport. Sad.

That construction has been undertaken by some 'barbaric' terms and it's good that residents filed a petition.

Who said only leaders grab land the kibera poor are also land grabbers, they are now holding a project that can ease movement since they want compensation, funny thing is you will find the loudest guy is a landlord at the slum upgrade flats and now lives in the slum to wait for another chance to milk the government.

Someone thinks the flats are in heaven and the government shouldn't be milked back. Thank God opinion is free...

Kweli mnyonge (maskini) hana haki. And you don't feel them coz you are able, you have your house, and no one is touching you...

Let the government do its job. Compensate the affected people, and continue with the project. We have seen many similar cases (City Cabanas, Galeria interchange) who were eventually compensated. Why not Kibera poor people?

Serikali should bring out the kali in them.. Flatten the mabatis along that path. I have used that bypass and it will definitely improve the lives of the same people who are objecting to the road

Mixing up issues. Now I believe Bernard Shaw when he said thinking is hard that he could only do it once a week when many others didn't do it at all.
