So in 2013/2014 auditors reports, 67 billion couldn't be accounted for but we seem to be only concerned with the NYS saga?

in 2014/2015 report, rumuor has it that over Kshs 300 birrion cannot be accounted for!

Let's wait and see whether the auditor's report will generate the same kind of heat and controversy like the mere Kshs.791M

Not accounted for does not mean stolen.
OAG has expressed in the past their inability to carry out sufficient audit in the past due to staff shortage.

While not accounted for cannot imply stolen, theft can also lead to funds not being accounted for
