The simple question is : " is Hon Justice Rtd Dr Philip Tunoi a Serving member of the Bench on whom tax payers money should be used to conduct a tribunal?

I'm not a lawyer so would like to ask does the EACC and DPP need to wait for the tribunal or can they continue investigation and prosecution for abuse of office etc. separately? Is there a different process for prosecuting constitutional office holders?
