"The report was delivered to the office of the President on Friday and upon perusal it was found that some documents relating to the investigations were missing," Esipisu told the Star on phone on Tuesday. Esipisu reiterated that the President has not yet received the file as anticipated. He added that the Judicial Service Commission has been asked to avail the documents. He reported that Uhuru had not received the file on the matter but noted that he would suspend Tunoi and form the tribunal within 14 days of receipt.
