Olunga is one of the few Kenya players who has the attributes that Europeans are looking for. Other Kenya players can learn from this.

This dude, seems to be good. He seems to have good vision and he does not only rely on physical attributes ,which most africans do, but rather intelligent play. The future looks bright for him

Eh?
He was named footballer of the year and almost won sportsman of the year. He was also named KPL player of the month several times.
All these accolades come with prize money.
Plus he was one of the highest paid players.
How much more recognition should he have been given?

Now if you are suggesting that Kenyans should pay more attention to the local league and spend less time on EPL then I agree with you.

@Swenani I don't think you follow local football. This guy was the most talked about footballer last season. Everyone used to follow his antics weekly. He especially lit up the East and Central tournament. The Tanzanians used to boo him with every touch of the ball cause of jealousy. This guy has a bright future. Ghost Mulee is his local agent.

I meant wazua , not the football fraternity in Kenya.

Why is it no wazua opened a thread about Olunga when he was playing in KPL?

The Gor fraternity always paid tribute to him in all threads including Gor the Hooligans. We refer to him as Engineer!!!!!!
