not telling at all. it is all in the context. if you believe her affidavit, waiguru told her she would be protected and only face 'funny' charges. then just the other day the dpp said money laundering charges should be filed against her and the others. these are obviously not 'funny' charges anymore so it may have led to her current actions.

and this is not just a random affidavit. it is an affidavit in support of her application to be enjoined in a case brought by the asset recovery agency against other parties (not her) which case has led to several assets of those parties being frozen. assets that the owners cannot use to fund their defence - both legally or the kenyan whitewashing way. if you read the application and the affidavit, the intent seems to be to exonerate kungu and gethi in this particular suit and thus allow them access to the frozen assets.

The Nairobi Governor seat is now being sought/ protected at an even playing field.

Mutahi Tyranny should read more Inuit Proverbs, including one that goes -'icium an udnum akum.......'

The Affidavit will be fought and fought, may never result to nothing, but some girl just joined the infamy club of Kamlesh, Kamani, Somaia, Murungura, Mwirania, and other lords of flatulence that will be dishonored for many generations.

So in short, she doesnt want the assets recovery agency to freeze her assets and those of others.

Apart from just frozen assets and money laundry charges that were introduced later, she and group the Ben Gethi's are facing criminal charges of stealing Sh791 million from the NYS and tax evasion charges

Neither of these charges is small in any way... she could be using the " i was promised lesser charge" line just as a cover but in my view, there are just too many people involved someone would have leaked something. Koti ifanye kazi yake.
