By the way that letter, there is nothing incriminating at all. It still leaves the meeting to be held by the different governament agencies to make the final decision. Baba just provided a working and enabling platform for Mastermind to be heard!!! Wapi corruption hapo please!!! risasi was just lobbying for a local company, nothing wrong with that, its just the leader of government asking the revenue authority to stop their tax collection demands from a local company. Nothing wrong with that, I mean If you read the letter, that was part of his job as PM No please, no...do you have that job description? The role of KRA is to collect taxes, an authority and role given to them by the constitution. The PM has no authority to stop that. If Mastermind wanted special preferential treatment, there are ways of going about that, by having parliament amend the law so that it suits them. This begs to question, was the PM bribed to stop KRA from collecting taxes? KRA is not an indepedent institution, but a department/agency under Treasury. PM then was the supervisor of all ministries during the nusu mkeka gava!!! Therefore the letter formed part of this role!!! The Law wrote:5. Functions of the Authority (1) The Authority shall, under the general supervision of the Minister, be an agency of the Government for the collection and receipt of all revenue. (2) In the performance of its functions under subsection (1), the Authority shall— (a) administer and enforce— (i) all provisions of the written laws set out in Part I of the First Schedule and for that purpose, to assess, collect and account for all revenues in accordance with those laws; (ii) the provisions of the written laws set out in Part II of the First Schedule relating to revenue and for that purpose to assess, collect and account for all revenues in accordance with those laws; (b) to advise the Government on all matters relating to the administration of, and the collection of revenue under the written laws or the specified provisions of the written laws set out in the First Schedule; and [Rev. 2014] Kenya Revenue Authority CAP. 469 K24 - 7 [Issue 3] (c) to perform such other functions in relation to revenue as the Minister may direct. (3) The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, amend the First Schedule General supervision does not amount to aiding a company to evade taxes. Which chapter in the Constitution is KRA role outlined?????? risasi is just a whistle blowing lobbyist, how does a whole leader of government lobby for a tobacco company. Imagine his childhood friend writing to the tz revenue authority asking them to suspend tax collection. just ask yourself #whatwouldmagufulido

The kids must have learnt from their grandfather or the kids took what they got and shared with their grandfather. Either way, a grandfather remains a grandfather and must safeguard the grandchildren.
