Why don't these people just retire? I have to wonder if I too have such ego issues.

The fellow should resign now. If the tribunal finds him guilty, ALL his cases are subject to review including the election petition.

Bwana Tunoi just retire and save us the embarrassment please.

The goose just came from the oven and well it's cooked, if I was him I would resign and go eat my 200m in peace, should the other judges who presided the kidero case also step aside?

not really - bwana tunoi had an investigation carried out on him on certain aspects of the claims and just because some aspects of the claims seem prima facie credible it does not mean all of the claims were credible. Unless he rats them out!
